• Prerequisite: MUST have taken the December 2022 or January 2023 Promo Classes and completed the first 3 classes.
• Weekly ongoing classes
• Tuesdays 4:45-5:25 PM
• Ages: 5 - 6 years old
• Starts with: Class #4 on January 31, 2023
• All classes are virtual.

Tuition 

• $131 per month for weekly classes (Your initial payment will be more than the listed tuition. See January and February Payments: IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ!!)
• $40 registration fee applies to all new students
• The 3 Week Money Back Guarantee does not apply for you have already taken the 3 Piano Classes for $10 Promotion.

January and February Payments: IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ!!

• Your initial payment includes: 1) Your prorated January 2023 tuition of $32.75 (one class on January 31, 2023), AND 2) February 2023 tuition of $131. The total initial payment is $163.75 + the $40 registration fee that is automatically applied.
• The Registrar will manually make the adjustments. You will receive a "sales receipt" with the actual charged amount.
• Monthly tuition autopay of $131 will begin on March 1, 2023. See below under Payment Arrangement.

Payment Arrangement

• Monthly Autopay: Payments are made through automatic credit card withdrawal on the first of each month. The monthly tuition is the same and does not change whether there are 3, 4 or 5 weeks in a month. The fixed monthly amount is based on the average teaching weeks per month in our yearly teaching calendar. 
• Withdrawal and Stop Autopay: To withdraw from classes and to discontinue your tuition autopay, the Academy Office (admin@theacademyofffinearts.com) must receive your Withdrawal Notice by EMAIL -- no phone calls -- AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT AUTOPAY DATE. No partial month refund requests will be accepted. 30 days notice is required BEFORE the next Autopay scheduled date. 
•  First Payment: This may be different from following months due to adjustments (i.e. One-time Registration Fee, prorating for starting mid-month, etc.) But all payments following 1st of the month autopays are for tuition amounts only.
• Confirmation: At the end of the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm that The Academy is authorized to automatically charge your card for the correct amount on the first of each month with the exception of the first payment.
